July 21 –

Burglary III. A resident of Carrol Street reported the theft of a Panasonic 32-inch LCD HDTV valued at $599 that occurred between 4:30 p.m. and 6:50 p.m. July 20.

Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle. Officers took a report that occurred at the residence of the victim in which 30 Lortab and 30 Tegratol were taken.

Theft of property I. A 38-year-old male reported $4,000 worth of silver metal intended to be used to build a 26-foot x 32-foot aluminum building was taken from Cherry Street at 6:15 p.m. July 20.

July 22 –

Domestic violence III. An 18-year-old female reported an incident that occurred on West Alabama Street around 5:30 p.m.

Domestic violence III. A 68-year-old female reported an incident that occurred on Highway 278 West between 7 p.m. and 10:13 p.m.

July 23 –

Harassment. A 20-year-old male reported an incident that occurred at his residence July 18.

Harassing communications. A 19-year-old female reported an incident that occurred on Oak Street between 7 p.m. July 22 and 1:30 p.m. July 23.

July 24 –

Theft of property III. Officers took a report about an incident that occurred on Highway 278 East in which $28 in gasoline and $20 in case were stolen.

Theft of property III. Officers investigated an incident that occurred on Highway 278 East in which $14 in merchandise was taken at 6 p.m. July 15.

Possession of a controlled substance. Officers recovered a pink oblong tablet imprinted with V 3600 from a location on Hood Street.

July 27 –

Burglary III. Officers investigated a report that two bottles of embalming fluid and two bottles of embalming “cavity” fluid were stolen between 8 p.m. July 26 and 3:36 a.m. July 27. A wooden door was damaged in the incident.

Forgery II, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card. A 68-year-old female reported 20 checks and a debit card were stolen from her residence and used between June 10 and July 20.

Harassment. A 54-year-old female resident of Dailey Street reported an incident that occurred between 10:30 a.m. and 11:51 a.m. at her residence.

July 28 –

Burglary III. A 49-year-old male reported three chains were damaged and four “No Trespassing” signs damaged in an incident that occurred on East Ladiga Street between 8 a.m. July 27 and 8 a.m. July 28.

July 29 –

Damaged property. Officers took a report that a white Nissan Rouge was damaged between noon July 26 and 7 a.m. July 29 in the parking lot of the post office.

Theft of services III. A city employee reported $40 in water was stolen on Taylor Drive.

July 21 – Mastrianni Schkaran Hubbard, 34, failure to appear, obstructing government operations.

July 22 – Joel Wayne Studdard, 44, violation of probation.

Earnest Robert Blaylock, 45, domestic violence III.

July 24 – Justin Zane Smith, 30, contempt of court.

Jessica Jean Landers, 18, failure to appear.

Michael D. Chandler, 52, public intoxication.

July 25 – Roger Dale Brown, 32, giving false identification to law enforcement officer.

James Kevin Dobbs, 44, failure to appear on charges of driving with a revoked license and no proof of insurance. July 26 – Anthony Jerome Palmore, failure to appear (two counts)

July 27 – Matthew Ray Hooper, 23, driving under the influence of alcohol.

July 29 – Ronald Lawrence Smith, 43, probation violation.
