Mr. and Mrs. Wade Sprouse of Piedmont announce the engagement of their daughter, Billie Jo Iliff, to Corey Joseph Burns, son of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Burns of Nances Creek.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Ingram Sr. of Piedmont and Mr. and Mrs. Buster Sprouse of Centre.

Miss Iliff is a graduate of Spring Garden High School. She attends Gadsden State Community College to pursue a degree in nursing. She is employed by Piedmont Health Care and Rehab Center.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Mashburn of Jacksonville and Mrs. Mary Burns of Nances Creek and the late Edward Burns.

Mr. Burns is a graduate of White Plains High School and attends Liberty University. He is employed by SAIC at the Center for Domestic Preparedness.

The wedding will be 6 p.m. July 10, 2010, at Goshen United Methodist Church of Piedmont.
