Spring Garden will honor senior players

Spring Garden will close out 1A, Area 13 baseball action with a home doubleheader with Collinsville on Friday of this week. It will be Senior Day, honoring John Michael Tinney and Andrew Morris, the Panthers’ two seniors.

The baseball week opened with a game at Jacksonville Christian yesterday. Spring Garden will play a single game at Collinsville Thursday.

The Panthers fell three times last week. Tuesday Spring Garden lost to state-ranked Coosa Christian 5-1. On Thursday, playing at home, Spring Garden lost an 8-4 decision to 1A, Area 13 opponent Cedar Bluff.
