During the ’93 snow blizzard, my brother and I received chilling news, in the cold hospital room, that our mother was dying of cancer. For the first time I saw a grown man cry – not only just a man, but a doctor! He really cared and tried his best to help my mother. But this was on battle that we could not win.
The fact is, this doctor really cares about his patients. He works hard at what he does. He used to never take a vacation. He was always working either at the hospital, nursing home or at the office. I remember him at the Piedmont Hospital. He fought real hard to keep that hospital here, but we lost it anyway.
Believe me, there is nothing wrong with Dr. Ulrich. As the old saying goes: “Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.” Dr. Ulrich had helped many people in this town. Speak up!
God is with you Dr. Ulrich. We love you, too.
