• Harassment — A 47-year-old female reported an incident involving a relative that occurred between 11:15 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. on Southern Avenue.

Cruelty to animals — An animal control officer reported an incident involving a Bassett Hound left inside a vehicle at the Sports Complex between noon and 2 p.m.
Domestic violence — A 20-year-old female reported an incident that occurred between 2 a.m. and 1:35 p.m. involving a boyfriend.

Harassment — A 43-year-old male reported an incident that occurred around 10:30 a.m.

Arrests
• April 21: Officers arrested Denver Lee Ooten, 42, at 4:26 based on a court order.
• April 21: Cody Wayne McFry, 20, was arrested on a felony charge of receiving stolen property involving a 1998 Dodge Durango at 6:35 p.m.
• April 21: Walter Dale Tucker, 63, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence.
• April 25: Joel Wayne Studdard, 42, was arrested at 10:44 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear.
• April 27: Jesse Ray Proctor, 20, was arrested and held on charges of unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance at 11:56 p.m.
